Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and in any case 13+) to use TapikAI. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and that it accepts these Terms.

2. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity under it.
• Keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts to protect users or enforce these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

You must comply with all applicable laws and our policies when using TapikAI. The following are strictly prohibited:

• NSFW content of any kind, including nudity, pornography, explicit sexual material, sexual services, or fetish content.
• Any sexual content involving minors, sexualization of minors, or child sexual abuse material.
• Exploitative, non‑consensual, or intimate imagery; doxxing or harassment; illegal or harmful content.
• Graphic sexual violence or extreme gore.
• Attempts to bypass safety filters, abuse rate limits, or disrupt the Service.

We may use automated and manual moderation. Violations can result in blocked requests, removal of content, account suspension or termination, forfeiture of credits, and, where required, reports to authorities.

4. Intellectual Property

TapikAI owns all rights in and to the Service, software, and content we provide (excluding your User Content). You agree not to copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service beyond what the law permits.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of prompts, uploads, and outputs you generate using the Service ("User Content"), subject to these Terms and applicable laws. You grant TapikAI a limited license to process and store User Content to operate the Service, enforce policies, and comply with law.

6. Payments, Credits, and Billing

• Paid plans and credit packs are billed via our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). Taxes may apply.
• Credits are consumed when you generate content. Plan details state credit amounts and expirations.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel anytime from your billing page.

7. Refunds

Except where required by law, we generally do not offer refunds for used credits or elapsed subscription periods. If there is a billing error or service issue, contact us and we will assist.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that outputs will meet your expectations. You are responsible for verifying that your use of outputs complies with applicable laws and third‑party rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapikAI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TapikAI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violating these Terms or to protect users or the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Some provisions of these Terms survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your region to the extent not preempted by other laws. Disputes will be resolved in competent courts having jurisdiction over TapikAI.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
